Appointment Scheduling and Payments:

• Payment is required when scheduling your appointment.
• We require 48 hours’ notice for reschedulings or cancellations to avoid forfeiting your payment.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

Insurance and Payment Information:

• We are not in-network with any insurance providers, but we will submit claims on your behalf.
• Prepayment for procedures with Dr. Tara Jennings is required to confirm your appointment.
• 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to avoid forfeiting your prepayment.
• We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and offer financing through CareCredit and LendingClub.
